It’s the holidays! Time to celebrate – and what better way to celebrate than with music?
This year we produced an EP of classic holiday covers to spice up the season. Hear some of the most famous holiday tunes, re-imagined for 2011 with a mix of rock, electronic and pop.

Apply to be one of 10 talented bands representing American music on international tours in 2012/2013.

Non-profit American Voices in partnership with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is paying to send musicians representing all American music genres including Hip Hop, Rock & Roll, Jazz, Country, Native American, Latin, Afro-Caribbean, Cajun, Gospel, and more.
Each leg of the tour will be designed to take advantage of the best opportunities in specific countries, ranging from performances in a country’s largest theatre to educational workshops.
Throughout the tour, musicians will experience exceptional opportunities to connect with students, musicians, and music lovers.
IMPORTANT DATES FOR APPLICATION AND AUDITION:
January 16, 2012: Application deadline 8:00 PM EST
January 27, 2012: Announcement of up to 40 ensembles invited to live auditions.
February 2012: Live auditions in Washington, DC (Feb 21), St. Louis, MO (Feb 23), Portland, OR (Feb 25).
March 8, 2012: Announcement of finalist ensembles for 2012-13 American Music Abroad season.
